Accelerated Innovation LLC (“Accelerated Innovation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website acceleratedinnovationai.com (the “Site”) and provides AI automation and agent-management services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our Site, contact us, or engage us as a client.
By using our Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Site and Services.
1. Who We Are and How This Policy Applies
We handle personal information in two distinct roles:
As a business (data controller): For information about our website visitors, prospects, and clients — such as inquiry form submissions and billing details — we determine how and why that data is used. This policy governs that information.
As a service provider (data processor): When we build and operate automations for a client, we process information that the client provides or that flows through their systems — for example, their customers’ phone numbers, message content, appointment details, and dispatch/ETA data. We process this data only on that client’s behalf and under their instructions. Our handling of it is governed by our service agreement with the client, and that client is responsible for its own privacy practices toward its customers.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
Name, email address, phone number, and any details you submit through contact or inquiry forms.
Business information you share when scoping or engaging our Services.
Billing and payment information (processed by our payment provider — see Section 5).
Information collected automatically when you visit our Site:
IP address, browser type, device information, and general location.
Usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, and time on site.
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Information we process on behalf of clients (as a service provider):
End-customer contact details (e.g., phone numbers), message and SMS content, customer lists, appointment and dispatch/ETA information, and similar operational data provided by or generated for the client.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
Provide, operate, and improve our Services;
Communicate with you about inquiries, projects, and support;
Process payments and manage billing;
Send marketing and outreach communications (you may opt out at any time);
Operate the automations we build for clients, strictly as instructed by the client; and
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use, sell, or share your information — or the data we process on behalf of clients — to train or fine-tune AI models. Data is used solely to deliver and operate the Services.
4. SMS and Text Messaging
Where our Services include text messaging (for example, appointment or installer-en-route notifications sent on behalf of a client), messages are sent only to individuals who have provided appropriate consent to the client. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use phone numbers collected for messaging for any purpose other than delivering the client’s messages, and we do not sell or share those numbers.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver our Services. These providers process data only as needed to perform their functions:

Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent practices of these providers. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some Site features may not function properly if you do. We may use analytics tools to measure Site performance and traffic.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for the life of the engagement — that is, for as long as you remain a client or as needed to provide the Services — and for a reasonable period afterward as required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Data we process on behalf of a client is retained according to that client’s instructions and our service agreement, and is deleted or returned upon termination as provided in that agreement.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This includes relying on reputable service providers that maintain industry-standard security controls, including encryption of data in transit and at rest and access restrictions.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Accelerated Innovation operates in the United States and serves clients within the United States. We do not knowingly transfer personal information outside the United States, and our Services are not directed to individuals outside the United States.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate information;
Delete your personal information;
Opt out of marketing communications; and
Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): To the extent the CCPA applies, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR): To the extent the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you also have the rights described above, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate business interests.
11. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about individuals without human involvement.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised policy on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
